If you are to attain the level of fitness you have set for yourself,
you are going to have to work hard. It is not going to be easy at
first, but the longer you work at it, the easier it gets.
This site will continuously be updated with new
content to add to your repertoire of knowledge. Eventually, there
will be a forum where you can ask specific questions and get answers
from the ProfessorFlex.com community. For now, we will start with
the basics. This may be too basic for some, but as this site evolves,
it will build on this base of knowledge into more complex topics.
Feel free to contact me with specific questions that you would like
answered and added to the website.
Hopefully, the more educated the public is on not
only the detriment of being out of shape, but the benefits of being
healthy, the more people will make a serious committment to increase
their fitness level and enjoy a happier life.
